Durability you can rely on
Warranty for our playground equipment
WISDOM develops durable playground equipment and furnishing solutions for professional use. Depending on the material and component, we offer warranty periods of 2, 5, 10 or 15 years up to a lifetime warranty.
Quality needs the right care
The warranty requires professional installation and regular maintenance of the equipment in accordance with WISDOM specifications. Normal wear and tear, improper use, vandalism, as well as natural changes in wood and exceptional weather influences are excluded from the warranty.
2 Years
For moving plastic and metal parts, sun protection devices and other components not listed separately.
5 Years
Including, among other things, rope and net constructions as well as springs for swings and spring rockers.
10 Years
Including selected components made of pine wood, galvanized steel, stainless steel, WPC, polycarbonate and LLDPE, among others.
15 Years
Including, among other things, selected components made of robinia wood, HPL, aluminium as well as playground equipment made of steel.

For selected components made of structural steel and stainless steel in case of material and manufacturing defects.
When it has to be quick
Fast delivery in Europe
and beyond
For playground equipment, daycare furniture and furnishing solutions needed at short notice, WISDOM offers a selected express range for indoor and outdoor use. This includes play structures made of wood and galvanized steel, free-standing play equipment such as swings, spring rockers and seesaws, as well as selected products from the furniture and kindergarten equipment segment. Available items from the express range can be delivered to the desired location within 5 to 7 days.
Our warehouse is centrally located in Germany and in close proximity to major transport routes. This enables us to supply specialist retailers, planners, daycare centers and other B2B partners in the European market efficiently with playground equipment and daycare equipment. Wherever possible, we bundle deliveries to our partners in order to reduce transport routes, CO₂ emissions and transport costs at the same time.
In addition to our express range, we also produce custom-made special designs tailored to customer requirements. Individual playground equipment, furniture and furnishing solutions can be adapted to the respective project requirements and delivered within 60 days. In this way, WISDOM combines standard products available at short notice with flexible solutions for individual projects.
