Wise Kidz – Steel playground equipment

Our platforms are made from a wood-plastic composite (WPC) – an innovative, environmentally friendly material that combines wood fibers and thermoplastic polymers such as polyethylene (PE). This combination creates a material that looks like wood but is more durable and more resistant to moisture, rot, and pest infestation. The surface does not need to be painted, which reduces the costs for later maintenance. Slip-resistant anthracite-colored boards with a thickness of 18 mm and very high resistance to all types of weather conditions worldwide.

Our specialist team works meticulously: uniform weld seams, careful polishing, and avoiding burr formation, incomplete penetration, or porosity. We strictly follow multiple quality inspection procedures to comprehensively ensure the durability of our products. The weld seams are stable, solid, smooth and thus ensure
long-term product safety.

For our slides, roofs, play panels, climbing elements, etc. we use linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) to produce attractive and durable components that are available in a wide range of colors. LLDPE is known for its strength, impact and puncture resistance, as well as its high resistance to various weather conditions, acids, alkalis and organic solvents. Variable design: No restrictions regarding size, pattern, color or thickness; custom manufacturing according to your design ideas. Environmentally friendly process: One-time molding, no waste, no material wastage, non-toxic and odorless.

All posts are equipped with inserts made of stainless steel 420, which enable quick and easy installation of components such as slides, play panels or climbing elements. These inserts are highly resistant to rust and perfectly integrated into the posts. The top end of the post is fitted with a cap made of polypropylene (PP), which prevents water from entering the posts. Screws and fasteners are made of stainless steel 420.

1. 1.80 x 80 mm square posts made of galvanized steel with inserts made of stainless steel 420 for  
    connecting all components such as slides, play panels and climbing elements.

2. Cutting-edge technology: To protect steel posts from rust and aging, we use a
    modern galvanizing technology in combination with a high-quality powder coating
    for outdoor use. This process ensures the longevity of the
    components and provides long-lasting corrosion protection outdoors.

3. Craftsmanship: The electrolytic galvanizing of pipes requires a series of processes,
    including degreasing, pickling and flux treatment. This ensures a smooth and
    even surface, rust and corrosion resistance, as well as durability.

4. Two mounting options: Surface mounting (round base plate) and ground mounting
    for a wide range of site requirements.

5. The caps made of polypropylene (PP) polymer provide perfect protection against
    water ingress.
