Nest swing for public playgrounds: generously sized, rope-wrapped nest seat on galvanised, powder-coated steel posts (Ø 89 mm, wall thickness 2.2 mm). Seat netting made of 16 mm steel wire rope (4-strand) with polyester sheathing, stainless steel chains.

For 1 child from 3 years, safety zone 24 m², tested and certified to EN 1176.

• Posts and swing beam made of galvanised round steel tube Ø 89 mm, wall thickness 2.2 mm, powder-coated.
• Nest seat: outer frame made of galvanised round steel tube Ø 32 mm, wall thickness 1.8 mm, wrapped with 22 mm thick 3-strand polyester rope; seat netting made of 16 mm thick 4-strand steel rope with polyester outer sheathing, inner wire diameter 1.65 mm.
• Stainless steel (304) chains.
• Maximum load capacity of the nest seat: 550 kg.

Design, testing and certification to EN 1176 by the accredited testing body TÜV SÜD Product Service GmbH; certificate no. Z2 126190 0012 Rev. 00, test report no. 703002506804-00, valid until 2031-03-31. Construction free from crush, shear and entrapment points as well as sharp edges in accordance with EN 1176-1. The unit must be founded and anchored on level ground.

Anchoring on level ground by means of foundations/ground anchors in accordance with the installation instructions (by others, unless otherwise agreed). Impact-absorbing safety surfacing to EN 1176-1/EN 1177 must be matched to the maximum free fall height and provided by others.

Manufacturer's warranty tiered by component: 15 years on robinia/HPL/HDPE/aluminium components and steel play structures; 10 years on pine timber, galvanised/painted steel parts, stainless steel slides and LLDPE/WPC/PC components; 5 years on ropes, nets and springs; 2 years on moving parts (in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms).

Complete delivery including anchoring elements and installation instructions; installation by the manufacturer's specialist personnel (on request) or by the contractor.
